Q: DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY SERVICE?
A: Same day service is available on some orders. Large orders will always need at least 24-36 hour turnaround. Please call us so that we can discuss further about your requirements. TEL: 929-350-8257.

Q: HOW DO I PAY FOR MY LAUNDRY?
A:
Customers have the option to either pay with a credit card through our website.  Customers with no internet access can call 929-350-8257 to schedule their pickup and either pay cash at delivery or call with their credit card number.

Q: DO WE NEED TO SEPARATE OUR LAUNDRY?
A:
You do not need to separate your laundry if you are having a standard wash n fold. If specific clothes need certain instructions then please separate in individual bags and label.

Q: CAN I REQUEST MY PICKUP ONLINE?
A:
Yes please go to our contact page for easy scheduling and convenient payment.

Q: WHAT IF I DO NOT HAVE INTERNET ACCESS?
A:
You can always call us at 929-350-8257 Monday - Sunday 9:00am -8:00pm to schedule your pickup.

Q: CAN I USE MY OWN SOAP?
A:
Yes you can, please give it to the driver upon his arrival. We can even store it at our business so we can use it for future use.
